Juan's story

Juan Leobono runs Bariloche Fishing Services as a one-man operation out of Dina Huapi, just outside Bariloche, and guides every trip himself. Full days and multi-day programs, drift boat or on foot, across the Upper Limay, the Manso, and the smaller lakes and rivers of Nahuel Huapi National Park. He adapts the fishing to the angler rather than the other way round — complete beginners and advanced anglers both get a day built around what they can actually do. He also manages a small boutique hotel on the lakeshore, which means he can put together a complete package — airport pickup in Bariloche, accommodation, fishing and all local logistics — for clients who want a single point of contact on the ground.
