Brown Trout
This is the primary and sole target of the expedition. Huge brown trout begin their migration from Lake Storsjøen up the Mistra River in late May and early June, creating exceptional conditions for anglers to land a record-sized fish.

The expeditions take place on the Mistra River, a wild and beautiful waterway stretching for nearly 30 kilometers through untouched Norwegian wilderness. The river provides an incredibly diverse habitat perfectly suited for large trout. Throughout the journey, anglers will encounter a wide variety of water conditions, ranging from powerful, fast-flowing rapids and deep holding pools to calm, slow-moving stretches in the upper sections of the river system.
